On the chilly evening of Wednesday, February 12, guests packed into a Westside warehouse transformed by Style 360 into a colorful Instagram-photo playground for a fun-filled fashion presentation by Andy Hilfiger.
Artistix models wiggled and danced around to a rap-packed playlist featuring DaBaby, Megan Thee Stallion and Pop Smoke, getting the crowd in on the fun and keeping everyone interested in the latest designs
The collection could easily be described as “90’s preppy kids taking a ski vacation”. Picture your cousin who does not actually like to ski but goes for the outfits, the hot coco, and the Instagram-ability.
With accessories like ski goggles, faux fur headbands, and moon boots, this collection is sure to make a nostalgic splash in the lives of quite a few millennials
The collection color palette, much like most of the Hilfiger brand, was simple yet chic with baby with white, red and black with splashes of baby blue.
The collection borrows inspiration from the iconic fashion duo: hip-hop and fashion. Specifically, the blue and white tracksuit paired with Timbs, the athleisure sweatshirts, the bubble coats, and the logo maniac sweaters are reminiscent of 90s hip hop fashion which Hilfiger is no foreigner to.
Collection standouts and sure to be your favorite influencers next up include a bright red halter jumpsuit with white Artistix logos all over and a black sweater with the Artistix logo along with a mountain slope emblazoned across the front.
What’s up next for Artistix? I’d love to see the continuation of the appreciation for 90s hip-hop fashion. What could be better than a Summer Summer Summertime collection?
