A full list of performers has been announced for The Kicker at the Life is Beautiful festival in Las Vegas, which includes a live show with the “Giggly Squad” podcast, a performance by Fire Island star Joel Kim Booster, and a performance by Hacks actress Hannah Einbinder. The festival is a three-day music, art, culinary, and comedy festival. Performers such as Latrice Royale, online phenomenon Megan Stalter, Saturday Night Live star Sarah Sherman will also be on hand for the weekend of fun-filled events.

Life is Beautiful’s already amazing lineup of musical acts and experiences will be bolstered by a range of stand-up comedy and thought-provoking performances over the course of the weekend.

Popular podcasters including “Going Deep with Chad and JT,” “Steven &Lily’s Celebrity Book Club,” and Sydnee Washington and Marie Faustin will be performing live at the festival.

The Kicker stage at The Venue, which is part of the festival’s footprint, is free and open to all ticket holders. With a 90s, emo, and hip-hop-themed dance party happening every night, The Venue will be transformed into a time machine.

Latrice Royale

Latricia Royale has participated in several previous editions of the RuPaul’s Drag Race series since winning Season 4’s Miss Congeniality crown. This includes appearances on RuPaul’s Drag U and Drag Race All-Stars, Season 1 and 2, and more. For the second time, she has appeared in DeathDrop on London’s West End Stage and in Las Vegas as a cast member of the RuPaul’s Drag Race LIVE! production.

When she’s not performing in drag with her sisters or doing an autobiographical one-queen-show called Here’s to Life, the Big and Bold Queen is touring with her drag sisters all over the world.

Butterboy

Three giggle monsters appear on stage, carrying a swarm of the city’s newest, sharpest comedian and sexiest phone sex operators. Together, Aparna Nancherla, Maeve Higgins, and Jo Firestone, all Brooklyn legens, host Butterboy, Brooklyn’s funniest and greatest show. The quintet will be performing in Las Vegas in September with the help of Donwill’s musical stylings and the seductive quiet of a revolving Idris Elba impersonation.

Joel Kim Booster

Joel Kim Booster, a Chicago-raised stand-up comedian, writer, and actor now in Los Angeles made his Searchlight rom-com debut on June 3 with Saturday Night Live’s Bowen Yang in the film Fire Island. PsychoSexual is the name of Booster’s standup special for Netflix, and he’ll soon feature in the Apple TV+ series Loot, starring Maya Rudolph, as a guest star.

Joel’s previous television and film roles include Sunnyside, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Shrill, Search Party, BoJack Horsman, Big Mouth, The Week Of, and more.

Hannah Einbinder

Her work on HBO Max’s Hacks with Jean Smart got her nominations for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for the Emmys and Critics’ Choice Awards. Hannah Einbinder is a LA-based comedian, writer, and actress. It’s Einbinder’s first major television job, but she’s already a stand-up comic and have made her network television debut on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in 2020, so she’s no stranger to humor.

To further solidify her position as a standout comic on the rise, Variety named Hannah one of the “10 Comics to Watch for 2021,” the “2019 New Face of Comedy” at Montreal’s famed Just For Laughs festival, and “Comics to Watch of 2019” by Vulture.

Megan Stalter

Megan Stalter is a Los Angeles-based actor, comedian, and writer. As a native of the Chicago comedy scene, the New York Times and Harper’s Bazaar have praised Megan as “an oasis of effervescent fun amid feeds dominated by wearying sadness” and “a soothing comic salve for scorching grease fire of a year.”

HBO’s Hacks has been her break-out role.

Sarah Sherman

Sarah Squirm, a stage name for Sarah Sherman, is presently appearing on Saturday Night Live as a featured player. Helltrap Nightmare, her unusual and famous live act, is well-known outside of the show. She was picked as the New Face at the 2021 Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival.

For Eric Andre’s nationwide tour, Sarah performed and wrote for the show. For the Adult Swim show, Three Busy Debras and the Netflix show Magic for Humans she was a production assistant. As of writing, she has been designated one of Vulture’s Comics to Watch for 2018 and one of TIME OUT Magazine’s Five Comics to Watch for 2017.

For her new short film, Sarah Vaccine, Paper Mag defined it as a “overwhelming response to our lockdown nightmare,” describing it as “maniacal.”

Ricky Velez

Ricky Velez was one of Variety’s “Ten Comics to Watch” when his debut HBO special Here’s Everything premiered in 2021. It’s no secret that Velez is a big fan of Judd Apatow’s The King of Staten Island, in which he stars with Pete Davidson. Comedy Central’s The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, where he was a correspondent, and Netflix’s Master of None are two of the places where you may have seen him.

Atsuko Okatsuko

It was announced recently that Atsuko has been chosen one of Variety’s 10 Comics to Watch for 2022. She is a stand-up comedian, actress, and writer living in Los Angeles. At the JFL Montreal Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022, she will be performing her one-hour play, “The Intruder.”

On James Corden’s Late Late Show, Atsuko debuted as a late-night comic. Arsenio had her as a special correspondent! It’s a Joke Festival to Live for Netflix. Atsuko is the voice of Fairview, a new Comedy Central animated comedy, and Washingtonia, EP Stephen Colbert’s upcoming Paramount+ film.

As a writer, she has worked on Adult Swim’s Eric Andre Show and Jena Friedman’s Soft Focus Atsuko’s film credits include Room 104, The Show Next Door, and History of the World Pt. II. ‘Comedian to Watch,’ Vulture called Atsuko.

Jordan Rock

For his three seasons on Judd Apatow’s Netflix series Love, Jordan Rock played Kevin, an actor and comedian. Big Time Adolescence, starring Pete Davidson, premiered at Sundance in 2019 and was a Netflix original. FX’s Totally Biased, Gotham Comedy Live and NBC’s The Last Comic Standing have also featured him.

With Josh Peck and Tony Revolori as co-stars in the Netflix film Take The 10, as well as the most recent season of HBO’s Max’s Love Life, he has been busy lately.

Andrew Lopez

This Filipino-Korean multi-talented performer and comedian is also a director, actor, and writer. For Amazon Studios, Andrew is now working on a globe-trotting romantic comedy called Slow Burn. Netflix has Jo Koy: In His Elements, a stand-up special that Andrew helped develop and perform in.

Soon after the success of the program, he embarked on a worldwide tour as Jo Koy’s opening act, playing to sold-out crowds in stadiums and theaters.
