The “Gangsta’s Paradise” rapper Coolio, who reportedly died on September 28 in Los Angeles, is getting a lot of praise. He had lived for 59 years.

Coolop was an original member of the Maad Circle. His 1995 hit “Gangsta’s Paradise,” which was on the soundtrack for the Michelle Pfeiffer movie Dangerous Minds, brought him a lot of attention in the 1990s.

Coolio had a small role in the famous 2000s movie that brought the Leprechaun series into underground rap.

Daredevil

Coolio played defense attorney Dante Jackson in the 2003 Marvel film’s extended director’s edit Daredevil. Ben Affleck played Matt Murdock in the film.

Batman & Robin

In the 1997 film Batman & Robin, Alicia Silverstone plays Batgirl (Barbara Gordon), while Coolio makes a cameo as a banker wacthing a street racing.

Malcom & Eddie

Coolio guest-stars as a contractor who advises Malcolm Jamal-Warner and Eddie Griffin on the construction of a club in Chicago in the third-season episode “Daddio”
