Rihanna dominates every industry that she touches. She has a game-changing beauty brand, a groundbreaking lingerie line, a fashion line that is backed by LVMH, and known for her innovative musical career. While doing all of these amazing things, she maintains a level of quality that others accomplish by focusing on one field. While her fans, aka The Navy, appreciate her final product, her process is usually not shown. Most of the things that happen behind the scenes have been quite a mystery for a while. Until now, that is.
RiRi shared the news on Instagram that she would be releasing a visual autobiography called “Rihanna” on October 24th. Rihanna and the publisher Phaidon will host a pre-release book party this Friday, October 11, at the Guggenheim Museum, with limited tickets available to the public.
It would be her second coffee -table book since 2010’s Rihanna: The Last Girl on Earth. This book will have over 1,000 colorful photos of the Diamond singer in 500 plus pages. Rihanna will include family snapshots of the singer’s childhood in her native Barbados, worldwide concert tour photos, and behind the scenes looks at her most glorifying show-stopping fuzionastic fashion moments.
She left a statement, “I am so excited to share this collection of incredible images. I am very grateful to the talented photographers and artists who contributed. We’ve been working on the book for over five years and I’m really happy to be to finally share it with everybody.”
Fuzionistas stack up those coins, the cost of the standard edition is $150. There are three limited editions: Fenty X Phaidon Edition, Luxury Supremes, and the Ultra Luxury Supreme. The Ultra Luxury Supreme will come with a signature by Rihanna include a hand-carved marble pedestal piece named Stoner. Unfortunately, that is already sold out. The other editions are still available for preorder here, which would be a perfect holiday gift for the ride and die Navy member.
