According to Us Weekly, Kourtney Kardashian and the youngest of the Kardashian clan seven month old Penelope Scotland Disick, were spotted having a girls day out shopping in west Hollywood on January 28. Penelope looked adorable in her yellow polka dots leggings and yellow moccasins.
