The Video Music Awards on Sunday night were obviously the biggest party in Brooklyn, but on Manhattan, InTouch Weekly threw their annual “Icons and Idols” VMA After-Party and it may have been the greatest event of the night. The venue was the Finale Nightclub on Bowery and it was perfect. The red carpet was rolled out at 10:30 and everybody waited patiently for the celeb arrivals that started at 11.
Notable arrivals on the red carpet last night were Jenny McCarthy, Jason Derulo, Taryn Manning, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Jennifer “JWOWW” Farley, Sarah Hyland, Renee Graziano, Jennifer Graziano, Nicki Valentine, Nervo, Cuba Gooding Jr., Travie McCoy, Nick Cannon, and many more.
Nick Cannon and Travie McCoy even DJ’d for part of the night.
Also in attendance at the event was artist JZumo, who took iconic CoverGirl images and turned them into art on the canvas right before our eyes. Guests could also receive touch-ups on their hair and make-up, courtesy of Herbal Essences or enjoy an electric cigarette from blu eCigs. RPZL was also on the scene to provide quickie hair extensions for any attendees wishing to get glam before hitting the dance floor.
InTouch Weekly wouldn’t let you leave without some souvenirs. Guests were invited to take a box of cereal donuts made by The General Restaurant and a coupon to get a free grilled cheese from the food truck conveniently parked in front of Finale Nightclub. It was a night to remember and InTouch continues its winning streak of best VMA After Parties.
