According to TMZ , singer Frank Ocean was pulled over by the cops for speeding on New Year’s Eve in Mono County, California. As the cops approached Ocean’s vehicle the undeniable scent of marijuana prompted the officer to search the car and Ocean where a small bag of marijuana was found. He was cited for Marijuana possession, driving with a suspended license and tinted windows. However, Ocean was free to leave but his passenger was forced to drive him home as the cops now has his license.
