With the new season premiering this Thursday on ABC, last night The Limited showcased their new collection inspired by the hit show Scandal. Scandal fans can now be a very fashionably “gladiator in a suit”.
Actress Kerry Washington and amazing Scandal costume designer Lyn Paolo teamed up with The Limited to create this line. “We’ve been this dynamic trio working together from beginning to end,” explained Washington. And like her character, this collection was created in a very modern, global way, with Washington based in Los Angeles, Paolo in London and Staples working in New York. Episode after episode Kerry’s character Olivia does no wrong with every outfit, which makes us all excited about this new collection.
Our collection evokes the aspirational style that has become a synonymous with the Scandal brand and its heroine, Olivia Pope,”The Limited design head Elliot Staples said.
